Triiniks was founded in 1995. It was an idea in making for a group of friends to come along and have some fun while doing what they loved most, dancing. To begin with, it was a small venture of 8 girls and Ingrid Hamer as a coach and the founder of the club.
Triiniks expanded rapidly and children from different age groups were joining in. Studio has grown to about 100 kids and their sessions are divided according to their ages. The ages span from preschoolers to adults. There is also an advanced group in different ages who train together 4 times a week.
Studio’s main focus is dance. Members are passionate about it. Coaches are expected to develop choreographies according to abilities. The greatest thing about dancing is that it’s without limits. So the ideas and fantasies are free to flow to create magic.

Triiniks has taken some new and fun filled challanges. Studio’s connection with Ollerup Gymnastikhoyskolen in Denmark has helped to develop basic gymnastics and tumbling. Over time the studio has got better equipment and kids have improved their skills. These classes freshen up the dance routines and participants have the opportunity to work with their attainments. Tumbling has been part of our regular training sessions over 10 years.
In 2007 Triiniks got new facilities in Nõo Sports Centre. It filled the atmosphere with new thoughts and created wonderful possibilities. In 2007 the studio started coaching pre-school kids. The 3 to 4 years and the 5 to 6 years of age sessions are enjoyable and enable children to develop balance, coordination, motor skills, social and educational skills. For a child it appears to be more of a playground with some gymnastics and dancing elements.
At the beginning of 2008 Triiniks started to welcome volunteers from different countries. We have hosted coaches from Brazil, Denmark, Uruguay and New Zealand. For many years Triiniks has taken part in different dance competitions, shows, festivals and also given a lot of concerts. Common enterprise has brought the dancers and their coaches more close to each other and made Triiniks as one big happy family.

I have been in love with dance since I was a little girl. Because of that, also because of one choreography talking about Ladybird and happy kids the Dance Studio Triiniks was founded.
I have graduated University of Tartu BCc in Exercise and Sports Sciences. I have studied under different coaches and dance teachers in Estonia and abroad.
Beside Triiniks I have been working with Folkdance Ensamble Tarbatu, in fitness studio My Fitness and some places outside of Estonia.

Triiniksis olen käinud alates ajast, mil alustasin oma kooliteed. Triiniksil on minu elus suur roll, saan tegeleda igapäevaselt sellega, mida mulle meeldib kõige rohkem teha- tantsida ja lastega tegeleda. Mudilastega tegelen igapäevaselt, sellest on saanud minu põhitöö. Lisaks on mind nakatanud ka aeroobikapisik ja hetkel avastan enda jaoks erinevaid stiile ning naudin kogu protsessi. Mulle meeldib minu töö ja ma teen seda kogu südamest.

I am a girl with a big heart and full of life. My journey has been intertwined with Triiniks and dance since I was 7 years old. Throughout the years I have enjoyed the routine of dance practise as much as performance as it calms down the pace of everyday life and brings so much joy to the people inside and out.
I have always liked being around little kids and I admire the joy of simple things in their eyes this is partly a reason why I first started teaching a toddler and pre-schooler class.
I have added acrobatics and a few show-dance lessons to my portfolio as well.

Olen terve elu tundnud huvi liikumise vastu. Sellel teekonnal olen proovinud lugematul arvul spordialasid kuni leidsin enda jaoks akrobaatika. Viimased 8 aastat olen pühendanud enda arendamisele nii õpilasena kui treenerina selles valdkonnas. Alates ülikoolist, igavatest koolitustest, video tegemistest kuni välismaal õppimiseni. See on saanud osaks minu elust ja elustiilist. Treenerina on lust näha kuidas noored sportlased käivad sama teed pidi ning see on tõsiselt suur au ja privileeg neid sellel rajal juhtida.

Tantsimine on mulle hingelähedane olnud juba väikesest lapsest peale. Olles vaid kaheksa aastane, unistasin luua oma tantsuklubi. Olen ennast tantsuvaldkonnas harinud läbi erinevate koolituste kui ka õppides välismaal. Minu kireks on kaasaegne tants aga ei löö ka kätt ette Hip Hop’is, Showtantsus, Performance cheeris ja paljudes muudes stiilides. Trennides ma naudid laste ja ka täiskasvanute säravaid naeratusi peale raskeid treeninguid. Mulle meeldib, kui minu hullumeelsed ideed ja mõtted jõuavad teiste ette kaasahaarava tantsuna.

Triiniksisse läksin ma veidi pärast kolmeseks saamist. Triiniksi mudilasi vaadates on tore mõelda, et alles mõni aasta tagasi olin ise mudilane. Olen küll proovinud erinevaid spordialasid, aga tantsimine on mulle siiski kõige rohkem meeldinud. Mulle meeldib tantsida igal pool ja mõnikord mõtlen ise ka koreograafiaid välja.
